my group policy not apply

I have a group Police define on my AD, my question there are any steps
should be troubleshooting if
the policy not apply on our employees?
I have not idea why the Group policy not apply on my Domain

The most common problem when Group Policies don't apply is DNS. Make
sure that your workstations are pointing to the Active Directory DNS
server(s) and nowhere else.
