when I run games, it pops up "your desktop is 256 color, please change to
16bit or higher", "it requires a minimun of 32mb video card memory", etc.
my desktop is set to 32bit color, my video card has 64mb memory, what is
going on?
other softwares can detect the currect info, just can't run games!
I have installed the latest offical driver and directX 9.
please help me! tell me what's wrong!

Hi Zee,

Lets run a diagnostic of your system to see if we can pinpoint the problem.

In order to Create a dxdiag.txt file: Click Start / Run / type: DXDIAG
Click the "Test" buttons in the Display, Sound, Music & Network Tabs;
Afterwards click the "Save All Information..." button in the bottom row.

To post the DX diagnostic information, open the file in notepad, click Edit
/ Select All / Copy and then Paste the data into your post using Ctrl+V. If
you use Outlook Express Click Insert / File Attachment. I hope this helps!
