My favourit links disappeard

there are many shoutcut links in my links dir
but they didn't displayed in my explorer windows
the links displayed "empty"

Did you install a tweak to remove the arrow overlay on shortcuts? You may
have to undo that.

When you right-click on the Favorite links area, you'll see an option to restore the default links. If that does not help, see:

Favorite Links in the Windows Explorer navigation pane is completely empty:
