How do I receive addresses from my Outlook Express Address Book on my desk
top compuiter?

Outlook Express contacts are stored in a .wab file.
Copy the .wab file from the XP computer to a temporary folder on the Vista
computer.
Open Windows Mail
File - Import - Windows contacts
