My Documents loads at startup

When I log in to my system, the "My Documents" folder
appears. It is not in the startup menu and have not yet
found a registry setting.

In the right pane under Userinit, Change the key that reads:
C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe,C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe

To: C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe,
