My Documents in Startup

I can't not seem to stop my Documents from starting or
opening upon signing into any of my accounts. It is not
in my startup or in Msconfig. I can not find what is
making the folder open when I sign into any account. I
tried to create another profile and My default profile
has it it loaded also. Can anyone help?
