My documents being duplicated

I log in as Employee and the folder is

C:\Documents and Settings\employee

There is another path

C:\Documents and Settings\brian

When I save a file it will save to: C:\Documents and Settings\employee and
if I look at
C:\Documents and Settings\brian it isnt there. After I shutdown and restart
the file will also be in
C:\Documents and Settings\brian.

Any ideas what could be causing the duplication in shutdown.

I have deleted the whole path only for it be recreated again.

Strange. Look at (start/run, type: %allusersprofile%) Maybe the employee stuff is going in '../all users/shared documents' folder.
