"my computer" short cut

I setup win xp pro several time. But there is a little
problem after intallation, and it happen not all the
time. I used the same hardware configuration. The
problem is, after login, there was a considerable time
needed to open "my computer". Anyone know what cause
this problem.

It happen to me too, i am still finding what cause this
