My computer LITERALLY gets slower by the second!!

I've tryed scanning for viruses, I've tried removing
adware and spyware with Ad-aware 6.0 and Spy Sweeper
(supposed to be an award winning program) and defragging
it with Memory Defragger and this Defragger Doc thingy.
And whenever I defrag it. The free memory literally
starts dissapearing with every second that goes by.
Something is seriously wrong with my computer. Someone
please help. And don't say turn it into the manufacturers.

Memory defraggers are a waste of time.

Define "disappear". Memory doesn't disappear; it gets allocated somewhere
because its needed. What does task manager say is using the memory?

What if that turns out to be the solution?

Turn it back into the Manufacturer. Na, just kidding. But id suggest running 'Spybot - Search and Destroy', 'Adaware 6.0' and 'Norton Antivirus 2003'. We run all 3 at the computer place i work at and it pretty much DESTROYS any single problem you have. If those dont work get yourself a copy of 'Bart PE' and learn to use it. It works WONDERS.
