my computer is slowing down an freezeing

My computer is randomly slowing down alot where i cant even run 1
program right videos start talking like slow motion an when i bring up
the task manenger it says that 99 cpu used bye task manger then
changes seems like its randomly 33 task manger 33 avg system i dont
know what to do but its slowing down alot i think it might be a virus
but i have no idea i just got this computer 2 days ago an it was
working till today pls help me ty.
