HOW CAN I MAKE AN ARCHIVED CALENDAR TO TODAY'S CALENDAR, OR CAN I DELETE TO
DAY'S CALENDAR AND THEN IMPORT AN ARCHIVED CALENDAR?
You need to fix your keyboard. The Shift button appears to be stuck.
You can't select individual folders to be the defaults. You choose a PST to
be the delivery location and all of the folders in it become the default
folders.
If you want to replace the contents of your default calendar with the contents
of the archive calendar, display the default calendar in a table view like By
Category or Events. Select all the items with Ctrl-A, then press or click
Deleted. That will wipe out the contents of that calendar. Then open the
Archive calendar (you may have to open the Archive PST first if it's not
currently in your folder list), display it in a table view, select all the
items in it as before, then copy the selection to the default calendar.
