MVP designation

Mike

We've been in the Alpha and Beta programs since the early
days of MSN. (Old timers please bring the Newbies up to
speed)

In those days the MVP designation actually meant
something. MVP's never resorted to off-hand remarks of
criticism should someone ask an off-topic question. They
politely attempted to assist the poster or directed the
person to an appropriate forum.

In short: "MVPs behaved professionally, exhibited the
technical knowledge that the MVP title represents and
shared that knowledge freely."

Mike,

I don't know what to make of your comments without knowing what
ticked you off so badly.

IMHO the MVP's are one of Microsoft's strongest and most valuable
assets.

what's that guy talking about?

the other day i got frustrated and posted a bit*h about
the 23 pages of the same question over and over again,
and the MVP's basically told me i was in the wrong, and
now that we're up to 24 pages, they just keep trying to
help in what i see as a VERY helpful, VERY patient and
VERY professional manner.

i've NEVER seen an MVP do wrong.
(sorry 'bout that said bit*h the other day, btw.)
