Must enter password twice-Thus Outlook won't work

I have Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003 including Outlook 2003.
I used to be able to access my MSN.com e-mail account with Outlook but my
computer crashed. I have been able to resurrect everything except when
accessing my MSN.com account either from a browser (doesn't matter if it is
Explorer or Firefox) it will not accept the password on the first try. The
second try works well.

This blocks Outlook as it cannot reenter the password. I just get an error
message asking me to reenter the password and it still will not work. HELP!
I would love to use Outlook again as it has my contacts etc in it.

Have you tried resetting the password through msn.com and changing the
password in Outlook?
