music sound bite in my pp presentation

i made a power point presentation w/ music sound bites. i then copied it from
my hard drive to a cd so i could play it on the laptop where i will be
playing it. the very first song, which starts on slide #1, won't play. the
2nd & 3rd songs do though. it works on my computer but not on the laptop.
it's pp 2003. i can hear the song on it's own on the laptop with media audio
player. txs!

In cases I have run into you have to copy the sound byte to the cd and point
it from the presentation to the cd instead of your hard drive
