music no longer plays

Recently I've run into a problem that has me stumped .
When inserting a sound file (Music from my windows media
library)the file that played last week no longer plays. I
am at a loss. These are wma files. They worked in a
presentation one week but when I go to insert them this
week they will not play. Some will some won't. Help !!!
