Multiple users with RD Connection

Is it possible?

XP Pro on "Host" machine. XP home on 3 others... need to simply allow
simultaneous use of "host" by all three users.

Currently laptops access via LAN and when removed, would like them to be
able to connect remotely.

Is simultaneous use via Remote Desktop possible?
