Multiple users on the same machine

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, but it wasn't clear to me. Office Pro
2003 is on a computer my boys share. They currently get their email on
Outlook Express, and I want to put them on Outlook so I can put stuff on
their calendar, too. I want them each to be able to use outlook for email
and calendar (and other stuff, too), with the restriction that their
"accounts" need to be separate - so I want them to always enter a password to
access the Outlook that has their individual email and calendar. (I believe
this means they would each have their own .pst file.)

They currently don't have their own Windows profile. They start up the
machine and play. When they do email, they have to enter a password to
access their own Outlook Express. This has been working well. Please be
detailed in your instructions; you won't insult my intelligence! VBG!

You use the Mail Applet in the control panel to create seperate Profiles,
each can have a seperate data file and email account, the data file can be
password protected. Set Prompt for Profile.
You have to close OL in order to logon in a different Profile, you cannot
switch, on the fly, like OE

In OE export mail to OL, ensure you select the 'correct' Profile
If OE is started it 'will' download mail

Open the Control Panel and locate the 'mail' shorcut

How you open the Control Panel depends on your operating system;
In WinXp its a shorcut from 'Start'
In Win2k, Start>Settings>Control Panel
