Multiple User Account Support

What's the issue regarding multiple user accounts? When I run a full scan,
doesn't MSAS scan all folders on my C drive?

What's the issue regarding multiple user accounts?

Actually there are two issues - MSAS works properly (in its current release)
only on administrator account, and in most cases only on the administrator
account, that has been used to install it.

Check under the Scan options - Intelligent quick scan does not scan all
drives and folders, you have to use Full system scan and select proper
drives/folders to be scanned.

Thanks for the response Mikolaj, but I still have questions.

......."MSAS works properly (in its current release) only on administrator
account, and in most cases only on the administrator account, that has been
used to install it". ........ As long as MSAS works properly for the
administrator (me), why would I want a non-administrator to be responsible
for running scans? As long as I (the administrator), specify full, deep
scan, which includes all of drive C, aren't I keeping my entire system safe
(for all users)? If these things are true, I fail to see an issue at all. Am
I missing something? Thank you.

You may not want a non-administrator to run scans, but now it is not
possible to set the scan schedule, so it will start when non-administrator
is logged on. And this IS an issue.

As long as you remember to scan the system, and as long as you want all
other users to be less carefull and less aware, and as long as you don't
want to teach them some good behavior - than it is no issue for you and your
system, of course.

exercise, good behavior..... I simply don't want to place the responsibility
for running scans on each of them. I prefer to place the responsibility on
myself. I never have to remember to scan, I use a scheduled scan each day. I
remain logged on as administrator, other users just use the switch user
function, and MSAS runs full system scans for each user logged on. So I'm
happy with the way my system works. It seems to me that adding multiple
account support is the right thing to do, but it would be extremely low on
my priority list. Thanks for your response.
