Multiple Records in One Report Field

Not sure if this is possible or not. I've searched for the answer, but
didn't come up with any solutions for what I am wanting to do. Maybe I am not
wording it right, but this is what I need.

I am working in Access 2003. I have multiple tables that I query from and
base a report on. I have an Employee table, a Unit table and a Volunteer
table. Now an employee can volunteer to work in multiple Units. So the
Volunteer table will have an entry for every unit an employee volunteers for.

For example the fields in the Volunteer table would look like this:

Employee Unit
Bob Red
Bob Green
Jay Blue
Ken Yellow
Ken White

What I need to accomplish is this; on a report I need to have one line for
each employee, with a name field and a single field that contains every unit
they volunteered for.

So from the example above it would look like:

Bob Red, Green
Jay Blue
Ken White, Yellow

I am not certain how to accomplish this, not sure if I am just missing
something or what. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
