Multiple Profile Config - Outlook Hangs

Outlook 2000 SP3 on Windows XP. Outlook hangs when user tries to exit
Outlook. Both the original and the new profile cause the same behavior.
Have to use Task Manager to shut down Outlook.

Has anyone a clue as to the cause and the solution.

Thank you Brian,
We do have a synchronization Add-in in the COM list. I will have to
research what happens if I remove this. I use web mail in addition to my
local PC. I would hate to lose that synchronization.
One site offers an add-in that will close a stubborn Outlook.EXE. Have you
any experience with that?

That's probably Knockout and, no, since I never use an add-in that causes
the problem. It would take only one time before the add-in would be
history.
