multiple names

It seems that the bulk import by using function "dsadd user"
fails on the same distinguished names... I hoped the difference
in legacy SAM name is enough for import of users with identical
DN into the same OU or CN=Users.
How do you solve this problem?

You can't have identical DNs. I.E. CN's/Names within a single OU must be Unique. SAM Names must ne unique across a
domain. UPN's must be unique across a forest.
