Windows XP multiple irp complete request

i'm trying to build a SMS gateway system using GAMMU 1.09.00, currently my PC is running in Windows XP SP2 with Apache as web server (XAMPP 1.6.4). The system work perfectly (outbox and inbox running smooth). The problem is after 15-20 minutes i turn on the GAMMU service, my computer crash and got blue screen with note says "multiple_irp_complete_request"

when i look into eventvwr from START\run the message says like this
