Multiple instances of Outlook.

We changed to Windows XP and Office 03 recently. Now we can not open
multiple instances of Outlook. Even though it is a resource hog, some users
want to open 2 instances for ease of use. Is this a setting or registry hack
that I can change?

Not that I know of, and why would they want to do that when they can simply
open other folders in new windows? Right-click on a folder, and choose Open
in New Window. Taa daa!

That is VERY useful -- but very hidden functionality for most users. We all
used to just click on the icon to open a 2nd instance of Outlook 2003.

I'm a power user of most Microsoft apps and even I didn't think to right
click on a folder to open the second instance. And I didn't succeed in
finding any help on how to do this in Outlook help or in KB articles either.

So thanks for clueing me in!!
