Multiple Inboxes Open on Mail Folders in Outlook 2007

I used to be able to have another Inbox open in the mail folders area of
Outlook by going into Account Settings -> Advanced and adding another inbox.
Just installed an updated version of Outlook on a new computer and the
account settings GUI has changed; can't find that option any more. Anyone
with info on where it is hiding now?

Actually it is still the same; double click on the Exchange account to
access the settings.
Alternatively you can right click on the root of your mailbox and choose
Properties-> button Advanced...
I prefer this method as it is faster ;-)

I am having this problem too after my hard drive failed and a new one had to
be installed. I am not very computer savvy, where is the root of my mailbox?
I previously had a mailbox set up for each of my separate server mail
probrams. One is a full send/receive account, the other is a receive only
that I use for junk and commercial stuff--I need separate Inboxes.

No, I am not using an exchange account--but I did figure out how to use Rules
to accomplish what I need and it is working now. Thanks, Ann
