Multiple i pod on one computer

Me & my roomate share a computer. We both have our own ipod's, but her
account (limited, because she knows nothing about computers and it's my
computer so I am the administrator) will not let her update her ipod. It
was working ok, until I registered my ipod, and now we have to do
everything under the administrator account. Is there any way to
seperate the ipod accounts so that she doesn't have to have access to
my account?

I did, but they say it's something with the PC, and that they won't
help me. They said I have to get help for my computer cuz the i pod is
not what is causing the issue.
