Multiple Folders

I know this has been asked and answered several times before but I can’t find
the answers. When I bought my new computer some time ago, I transferred my
pst file. Things did not go well and I have four folders in “All Mail
Foldersâ€: Personal Folders, Archive Folders and two labeled PF1. These last
two and the Personal Folders are identical. They all have the same messages.
I cannot close or delete the extra two. Should I just delete the profile and
add a new one? I have been a little hesitant to do this as I am not sure what
might happen. I don’t want to lose any information.
Thanks.

Yes, you should create a new profile. There's no urgent need to delete the old one.
