Multiple Entry Form - Previous Entries Not Visable

When I select to use the Events Template and begin by entering my data into
the Event List multi form screen I then tried to click the New event button
and begin entering additional events from this screen. When I click close to
go back to the event list, my data has appeared to have disappeared even
though it should still show up as this is the multi forms page. So I ran the
first report All Events and my entries show up in there, but the other
reports show Error on them. What am I doing incorrectly?

I'm a student and trying to learn Access 2007 and turn in an assignment. I
have followed the instructions in my book 100% and it shows that all my data
should still be viewable in the Event List tab.

Your form is set up for Data Entry only.

Open the form in Design View.
Display the Form's Properties sheet.
Click on the Data tab.
Set Allow Additions to Yes
Allow Deletions to Yes
Allow Edits to Yes
Allow Filters to Yes.
Set Data Entry to No.

You will now be able to enter new records, edit existing records, and
view all records.

Save the changes. Try it now.

I tried your suggestion, but those selections were already chosen and this
did not change anything. Part of my assignment is to enter 1 record in the
event list tab and then enter the second tab using the New Event option on
the Link bar. Then I'm to select close and I should be able to see all my
entries on the Event List tab, but the entries aren't there. Thanks for
trying to help me. Let me know if you have another option.
