Multiple emails

When I send emails to a group of people, the message outlook
will show the message as sitting in my outbox, not sending, however the
recipients will receive mulitple copies. The only way I can stop the email
is to close outlook and then delete the email. Is this something I can fix?

The most common reason this occurs is having your antivirus program
configured to scan mail. It's completely unnecessary and can lead to
problems like this. If you have the mail scanning feature of your AV
program installed, uninistall the AV program and reinstall it without the
mail scanning feature. See if the behavior changes.
