That would be a good thing to do. As you haven't asked a specific question
or told us your version of Outlook I'll give you the basics of how to
consolidate. Please post the basics next time as it saves both parties time
and effort.
Show the Folder list. Do this by clicking the icon Folder in the bottom
left corner of your screen.
You are now seeing the heirarchical view of everything you have in your
Outlook.
Expand all the folders and find EVERY Contacts folder.
Determine which is your primary Contacts Folder. It is the one in the same
file as your Inbox.
Go to each of the other Contacts Folders, use Select all and then drag those
selected Contacts into the primary folder. Repeat with the Contacts in each
of the ancillary folders until you have consolidated.
