Multimedia Keyboard Problem

I got a Dell USB Enhanced Multimedia Keyboard with my new computer.
There were no instructions with it, but I think I have it figured out
what all the keys do. I am having a problem with the sound controls
though. When I click the music button it brings up Media Player. However
I can't get any of the other multimedia buttons to work. Nothing
happens when I press the play button to start music to play. The stop
button also doesn't seem to work nor does the knob to adjust the sound.
Is there something else that I have to do? I thought maybe I needed a
driver but no documentation at all came with the keyboard and I can't
find any driver information listed for the keyboard on the Dell site.

Go to the manufacturing website and download the drivers for xp (keyboard)
have your make and model of pc ready and also your system details such as
sp2 and so on.
