multichoice Exam Database

i am confused about designing the structure for a examination database
which will be used to take students exams with multichoice questions
and display the result same time. If some has a template or sample
please let me know or send me at (e-mail address removed)

it also needs to be secure enough so that only administrator gets to
see/edit questions and multichoices.

one more thing wont it be a good idea to store just the result with
the students name and date instead of saving all the answers of a
student. And if yes how ?????

For a starting point see:

Duane Hookum's "At Your Survey":
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/Otherdownload.asp?SampleName='At Your Survey 2000'

Roger Carlson's Training Registration database:
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/download3.asp?SampleName=TrainingRegistration.mdb

it also needs to be secure enough so that only administrator gets to
see/edit questions and multichoices.

To secure the database see

Microsoft Access 2000 Security FAQ:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/207793/en-us

Security is complex - study this document carefully and follow its
instructions explicitly.

As a rule that would actually be a BAD idea - suppose there were a dispute
about the score? If you weren't able to recalculate the score from the stored
answers, you would have no way to prove that your result was correct.
