multicast services on by default ?

Where can I obtain a list that defines which Microsoft
services are associated to specific multicast group IP(s).
At client bootup, which multicast services are enabled by
default and what are the associated group IP's used?

There's not really a good list. Check out the networking book in the
Resource kit as that should have the most detailed Multicast information.
