Multi Serial Ports Freeze PC

Hi there,
I have this problem with serial ports. I have recently
installed 32 serial ports into one PC running WIN2K
Professional. Everytime when I plug in and plug out a
serial cable into the serial ports, it will freeze up the
PC and I will have to reset the PC.
Is this problem fixable??

I don't believe Win2000 is fond of hot plugging COM ports.

nor can w2kpro handle more than 1 RAS connection (assuming you are trying to
make this a RAS server....)

I've never heard of any system that was bothered by this.

Basicly it's a third-party driver (not Microsfot). problem.
