multi-language of software by VB6

I am now programming some software by VB6. Will it be
possible that the production avaible in both Chinese and
English at the same time? Is there any special requirement
for the developping enviroment?

This is a VB .NET ng. Post to one of the microsoft.public.vb.* ngs
