Multi-Calendar Synch

We are a professional service firm that has consultant doing work at our
client locations. Our consultants struggle with maintaining multiple
calendars, and dealing with overbooking. They often have our (employer)
calendar, and multiple client calendar which none of them can see free/busy
calendar from the each other.

Has anyone come up with a solution to syncronize these seperate calendars?
