MSysAccessObjects

When I try to open my Access database I keep getting an
error message saying Record(s) cannot be read;no read
permissions on MSysAccessObjects. I have checked in
properties that the relevent people have permission and
they still do but i just won't open no matter who I log
on the network as.
Can anyone help.
