Hello All,

Please can some one assist me on start up i reach desktop
and get message stating no access application failed to
start because above msvcr71.dll not found re-install may
fix.

I have uninstalled various programs to free up memory but
do not know which one was possibly sharing dll file and
cannot re-install

I cannot access my internet access either as error is
displayed and i cannot connect.

What is the best course of action to take.
