MSOERT2.dll & WAB DLL errors

Hello...

I reinstalled MS Office yesterday due to my computer
crashing, not sure why it crashed. All my other office
products work now, but my Outlook... I have Windows 2000
and I am using MS Office 2000 Professional. I have IE 6.

When I recieve messages I get this error message: The
procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll

When I try to sent email I get the previous message plus I
get a second error message that says: An error occurred
while attempting to open the Windows Address Book. Unable
to find the WAB DLL

Looking for any help or suggestions...

Just to add to the last email. When I tried to open
Outlook Express I got the msg... Outlook Express could not
be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded

Can someone direct me on how to fix this?
