MSN Search - YooGee

I use to use MSN to conduct searches from my address bar,
but now this YooGee search site keeps comming up in place
of the search results I expect from MSN Search. How can
I get rid of YooGee and return MSN Search to default.

You may have been hijacked or have parasites, spyware, or malware on your .
on your system causing the problem. Download, install, update the programs
to be sure they have the latest definitions, then run the programs below.
They are free and very effective. Be sure to run both SpyBot and Adaware, as
what one does not detect the other may. Do the HiJackThis first, then run
the other two. Follow the directions carefully:

HiJackThis: - Free

Go to

and download HiJackThis. Unzip to a folder other than your Desktop or the
Temp folder, doubleclick HiJackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button. Press that, save the log some place you remember where it is. Most
of
what it lists will be harmless or even required, so DO NOT fix anything yet.

Open a the copy of your log in NotePad and made a copy. Then you can go here
to post you log:

Go to the HiJackThis section on the forum list and click to open. You can
post as a guest. It's also a good site to keep for reference. The experts
there will analyze the log and report back the results. Please allow at
least a few hours or a days time for a response.

Remember, you must return to the HJT site to get your answer. It is a good
idea to click the "Notify" box so that you will get an electronic
notification by e-mail to let you know when a response has been posted.
But, you must still return to the site of your answer

Run these tools in the following order with nothing else running in
background:

1. CWShredder (fix all found)

2. Ad-Aware (fix all found)

3. Spybot (RTFM but generally fix everything in red)

Important: You *must* seek updates for Ad-Aware, Spybot, etc., before each
and every use, even "right out of the box". But even they can't catch
everything, 24/7. When all else fails, HijackThis
(http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/HijackThis.exe) is the preferred
tool to use. It will help you to both identify and remove any
hijackware/spyware. **Post your files to http://forums.spywareinfo.com/ or
http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30 for expert analysis, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
