MSN MESSENGER

I somehow got a contact in a group on messenger labelled non instant
messaging contacts and now I can not move them in another group or im them.
Any suggestions who I can fix this?

Greetings Sherry,

These are your Hotmail contacts. If the user has a Messenger account (you can also check
using this method), right-click on the contact and choose Edit Contact. Then choose 'Use
with Windows Live Messenger' checkbox and click Save.
