MSN/Messenger Problems ... Help Please

R

Roger Goswell

As of Thursday I have been unable to sign into MSN/Messenger Services.
I have searched through all the entries here and tried everything that has
been posted by Johnathan Kay and yet
still to no avail.
I have even done complete re-install in windows from scratch and nothing.
I have totally removed the Norton Firewall ... nothing
All I get is that there is an unknown error.

When using the IE Browser I can access www.msn.com.uk but not www.msn.com,
or www.hotmail.com or any of the microsoft support pages. I have no probs
with the rest of the web.

Any Ideas gratefully received..
