MSN Messenger freezes

hello there,

my MSN messenger freezes evertime i try to log on(proglem not responding).i
had these problem for about a week.and my brother's laptop is also
experiencing the same problem.i tried to uninstal and re-instal it but the
problem still exist.

please advice

Eric,

Try "microsoft.public.windowsxp.messenger" for help with Messenger.
