msn messenger file transfer is slow.....

both sides has dsl connections but when we file transer the file is
crawling....

with ICQ (and the firewalls turned off) the transfer is very fast.

Even if we do turn off the firewall for MSN MESSENGER the result is the
same.

there is a stupid notification on the top that says " it you experience slow
transfer rate click here" its says some things mostly about the firewall,
but this does not solve the problem.

Any ideas?
