MSN keeps stating that I am logged onto another system.

When I sign into MSN Messenger it logs on ok but, after a few minutes a
messenger window pops up stating that I have logged onto MSN Messenger on
another system and if I wanted to log back onto Messenger I should click on
the window.

Question 1: What is the problem?
Question 2: Is this a security problem?
Question 3: Is someone else logging onto my account?

Note: I have deselected all of the options in MS Windows Messenger and
removed it from the bootlist using msconfig.

Any advise would be appreciated.

that is bcz ur msn is auto login .. maybe that pc is the one that u Register
the msn account...... now u can try to change password....and dont
choose one option (
Connection to XP .net account ) then ok... if some question email
(e-mail address removed)
