I know how to add a news server in Outlook Express, but I don't know the

MSN Groups? Do you mean Microsoft newsgroups?

Easier still....click on the link for the newsgroup you want on this
page and it will automatically be added to OE.

MSN did away with newsgroups a few years back - they do had "member
groups" but those are HTML sites and must be accessed via IE,
Netscape, Mozilla, FireFox (an HTML browser). Outlook Express (OE) is
for mail and news.
