msn 6.1

I started getting this problem last friday. I can't login to msn and
get this error message:

"You cannot use Messenger at this time because your contact list is
not available. Please try again later."

I've not been able to login since.

Any help is appreciated.

I think I have the same/similar problem. I can't
remember if I got that message or not, but I have only
been lucky? enough to sign in to MSN Messenger only twice
in the last week. Other times, I get this message:

"We are unable to sign you into the .NET Messenger
Service, possibly because of a problem with your Internet
connection. Please try again later."

That message is followed by 0x81000301, 0x81000306, or
0x81000370. I have no idea wha those numbers mean and I
don't see what could be wrong with my internet connection.

Any help is appreciated. Please send your replies to
