MSIEXEC.EXE problem

Every time I try to install the software, I get this
message:

MSIEXEC.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


The click here link leads me to this:

I think he'll need that second article. Thanks for finding it--this is only
the second MVP-written KB article I've seen, and it is awesome--I posted the
Microsoft equivalent just yesterday or the day before, I believe, and this
article is more comprhensive.
