MSI will not run

I'm trying to load software on my win 2000 machine and the Msi installer
hangs up. How can I repair it so I can load new software. I recently
downloaded SP4 from MS.

Hello mreast,

Run the install with verbose logging enabled and try to find the problem
in the log. When you find it, you can repost with more info and we'll take
another look.

msiexec /i filename.msi /l*v log.txt
