MSI Error - Installing Nero Ultra

I don't know if this is a MSI problem or a Nero problem.

I'm installing Nero 7 Ultra Edition and get four MSI dialog boxes
titled "MSI 281", "MSID" and "MSI1B" (twice). The text is "Could not
find IngID 4105" in all four cases.

I've searched the internet, the MS website (including the Knowledge
Base) and the newsgroups, but can't find anything related to this.
I've e-mail Nero support and nothing back from them yet, but it's
early yet.

Any suggestions?

WinXP Pro sp2 (new install), Althon AM2 5200+, M2N mobo.

Thanks, Patti. I didn't try this since Nero replied and said that
there was a problem with interference from previous installations.
They suggested downloading 2 of their cleaning tools before installing
the latest update from their website. After cleaning, the new
installation went flawlessly; problem resolved.
