Msg in HTML with extra line breaks

I can find the setting to turn off the removal of extra
line breaks in text format, but not for HTML format.
What I want is the original message format as it is sent
without the extra line breaks removed.
Thanks.

The formatting of an HTML message is controlled by the sender. You should
already be seeing what the sender sent.

There are no extra line breaks in HTML messages. If no formatting is applied
to a HTML message then a line gets filled to the end of the screen.
